Computer beeps randomly, even while off

So I just assembled a computer with the following:
Abit IP35 Pro mobo
q6600 quadcore 2.4
bfg 8800 gts 512
gskill 2x1GB DDR2 800
500w power

Everything runs perfectly, boots perfectly, but I hear this bizzare 'chirp' sound at random times. The sound is distinctly different from the boot 'beep' and happens at any time; while the computer is off and the power supply is shut off, while the computer is booting (rarely, but at any stage of the boot), or while the OS (vista 32 ultimate) is running. Its definitely not a cpu overheat sound, as all 4 cores are idling at around 45C and I can't imagine any other source, as it happens at any time, regardless of if the computer is on. Should i be concerned or just ignore this? Anyone else have a computer beep randomly, even while its off? This is so weird.
