Computer bluescreening - dmp file attached

My work computer has been bluescreening a couple times a month. Not good when I'm on the phone supporting someone. I'm supposed to be the tech support guy. :) I've rebuilt the computer once since this started happening, so it's either hardware or something I reloaded.

Is there a good guide on how to look at these files and determine what is causing the bluescreen?

Thanks,
- Marc

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

1 minidumpcrashes at your Symantec/Norton programme. This could be the source of your problems. Uninstall it and see if your system becomes stable.

If that doesn`t help, go and read this thread HERE and see if it helps you to discover the culprit.

The other 3 minidumps crash at A windows driver win32k.sys. This is seldom that actual cause of the crash.

All minidumps have a bugcheck of 8E.

0x0000008E: KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

A kernel mode program generated an exception which the error handler didn’t catch. These are nearly always hardware compatibility issues (which sometimes means a driver issue or a need for a BIOS upgrade).
