I was hoping to get some advice from "those who know", on this subject. I'm so new it hurts!

Ok so I'm building my first Computer and have settled with an ASUS P5E Motherboard, but I don't know what kind of case to buy!?! Can I just pick up any old case? does it depend on the Motherboard? does it depend on anything else???

P.S. My system specs are based on the PC that I "want" to build, NOT on one that I currently have.

Mobo's are based on a form factor. Your mobo will probably be atx form factor or mini atx form factor. Easiest thing to do is go for an atx form factor case then you will have plenty of room.

I just saw that mine is ATX. Also read that ATX is pretty much the industry standard so that just leaves me with the decision of "cool factor" or "no cool factor"!
