Computer constantly rebooting

[Mental]

Basicly my pc went nuts on me kept rebooting and dieing with no pic on moniter after doing this for few times the thing went dead wouldent even switch on.So I looked all over the net and saw lot of people saying it seemed like motherboard failed or PSU fails so I went and got new motherboard,psu and cpu,Graphics card and 1 gb ram reformated.But im still getting reboots hear is an error message.I have posted mini dump file please I have tryed everything and am at a complet loss to whats wrong.Can any tell me please

I have the same problem, my pc is rebooting after you turn it on. Once it reboots then it is fine. It does not happen again until it shuts down for a period.

this is from my event viewer..
Error code 00000093, parameter1 00000050, parameter2 00000000, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 00000000.
