Computer died-(dead motherboard?)

In this situation, my server just stopped. I dont think it is the power supply, that is the first thing I changed and nothing happens after turning the system on.

2004 RZ Intel
SiS 661FX Chipset

Any ideas?

Remove any additional cards from the motherboard like sound and modems. Pull the CD/DVD cables and power plugs. See if you get any activity after doing all this. If not, replace the motherboard
