Computer flickering?

Well when I turn on the computer the lights flicker and so does the keyboard and the monitor as well. So i looked inside and thought it could have just been something wrong with the power box... but i bought a new one and replaced it and swithced each cord while i was going along and it's still doing the same thing? Whould anyone know why? :hotbounce

Is this a new computer that you just built (or had built)? Do the fans spin up? Does the HD spin up?

I would suggest reseating everything. Take it out and then put it back in making sure it is properly connected. When doing so I'd suggest doing a bare bones boot with cpu, vid card, 1 stick of RAM and 1 hdd. See what happens. You can diagnose from there.
