Inactive Computer folders not responsive, explorer restarts constantly

I have attached an HJT log.

On February 23rd I woke up to a very slow computer that would keep freezing and upon start-up, would go to a black screen before I'd have to reboot and then it would go to the desktop but it would still take minutes before I could access any folder.

There were no problem with my computer before this, at all. Anything I've installed within the past week I have uninstalled. I could not go to a restore point cause my computer never made restore points.

Please help.

NOTE: You can uninstall HijackThis as it is an outdated version. You can also delete the log as HJT doesn't scan well on 64bit system.
