Computer frezeing after 2min after startup

well my computer is frezeing no matter what i do it freze after a few minutes
iam running on a dell xps 430 windows vista 64bit i use kaspersky antivirus dont rally know what intell is needed ask if something is unclear

have you tried booting in safe mode?

yeah and when i do it runs well but not good but well my graphics card is ati radeon HD4650

I did manage to update tho it didnt make a difference

Can you find a restore point at a date before the problem started?
