I have Cable Modem
Recently I have been having some MAJOR problems while playing games online (Counter-Strike to be exact). I'm getting around 30-50 ping, which is normal, then suddenly It'll jump too anywhere between 80-2500. I've called Customer Support and they told me they got great pings from my modem, and the server I was on, but when they pinged my computer it was all over the boards. I don't know what to do, the customer support guy said that maybe I should get an XP Tweak program and try to fix it or something like that, but I thought maybe you guys would know what to do. In desperate need of help guys!
