I'm having problems burning DVD's at first I thought it was software problems, come to find out my computer wasn't reading my DVD nor CD drive nor my external DVD burner drives..I received an error while attempting to burn DVD's, it said it was a "Code 39" so I looked it up on the Microsoft web page and it told me to uninstall my drives in the device manager (there was an exclamation mark next to my three drives) and then reinstall them, I did and the computer reinstalled them and the exclamation marks were still there..

So then I tried the second option and it told me to delete my upper filter and lower filter (I think that's what it was called) and I did and that worked, BUT!! the computer is reading my external DVD burner as a CD Drive ( J: ) instead of DVD..Now because of that, I'm not able to burn my DVD's because the decrypter is stating that it doesn't recognize and drivers to perform the operation..So, if anybody could give me help I'd greatly appreciate...

BTW, I have windows XP Home Edition if that makes any difference..

    Thank You, Adrian
