when i start my computer it keeps restarting. It goes to the windows xp screen when it shows the bar loading then when it trysdto go to the log in screen my comp just restarts. Is there anything i can do? i already tryed gon in to safe mode with windows but when it trys that this thing comes up saying press esc to cacel loading something.dll then i wait for bout 1 min then it restarts again. please help. should i just reinstall windowws??
