Computer just shut off...

I just tried to reboot my computer, and it got as far as the Windows XP loading screen, then suddenly shut down and now it won't turn back on. What do you think is wrong with it? Do you think the processor over heated and died, or the power supply just died?

Possibly. If you have a no-name, cheap PSU, surely.
