I have a HP Pavilion a800n with NFTS file system on the C: drive using Windows XP Home . 512 MB memory and an AMD processor. Recently when I tried to download music from either ITunes or MusicGiant, the computer just reboots. I tried to ease the page file and establish a new one. I thought that worked. I could down load but when I tried to make a CD it would reboot again. I get error messages like;
BC Code:la BCPI: 00041284
BCP2: CIEED001
BCP3: 00000880
BCP4: C0C000000 OSver5_1_2600 SP:2.0 Product: 768_1.
Any clue why my computer reboots unexpectedly? By the way I can use the internet all day and it does not reboot.
