Computer keeps shutting down - blue screen

Hi, my family and I are having this problem with our computer. It keeps goiung to a blue screen and has the error message, "c000021a The Windows logon process system process terminated..." It's incredibly frustrating. It happens all the time.

And we keep having Winfixer install on our system. Another frustrating thing.

We're using Windows XP Home.

Really appreciate it if someone could help. I've posted our Hijackthis log as an attachement in .txt format.
