Computer keeps shutting down issues.

clam scan

i need help and did not know how to go about getting that help. i'm not even sure if i'm in the right place. my cpu is consistently shutting off. i tracked it down with clam scan and its shutting off while using/or attempting to access the file c:\driver cache\i386\sp2.cab. Can anyone guide me on how to fix this severe inconvenience. thanks!!

Try reinstalling sp2 from Windows updates and see if that helps.
