Computer not booting to windows,need help

here's my problem,my sister was on the computer ,it started to run slow
she restarted the computer,but the computer won't reach windows xp screen , a message comes up saying the system has a configuration error, contact supplier , cant even get to safe mode ,the same message comes up,cant evcen get to my start menu
any advice would be greatly appreciated

Have you tried inserting your windows Cd and rebooting

i called supplier,they said the mother board needs to be stamped

I've never heard of this before, did they explain this at all?

Who is the manufacturer of your pc?

That's a new one for me also, I always thought stamping was them putting their name on it
