So i bought a new motherboard same thing happens again so then i bought a new cpu and the same thing happens. Now am at the end of my tither and am about to throw the comp out the window

What video card are you using? It could be a video card issue.

Also, are you sure the monitor works, and is turned on, etc?

If you haven't already, it wouldn't hurt to make sure all power connectors are plugged in, and plugged in fully in the sockets.

There is a possibility that your motherboard could be shorting against the case, causing malfunction of the board. If you want to be sure this is not the case, you could take the board out of the case, and try to turn it on with only a cpu, video card, and ram on the board, and see if it works then.
