Ok, I have a pc problem. My brother turned off my pc, I go and get back on, and the power supply is the only thing that's running when I try and turn it on. On another computer, same thing, I turned it off, turned it back on, and the processor fan is the only thing that turns on... Has anyone ever heard of either problems?
