computer problem

im not sure if this is a problem with windows or drivers or both but anyway, when i go into my computer and try and access one of the cd, floppy or dvd drives it says it is not accessible, and also there should be two hard drives listed in my computer i only see one local disk (c) there should be another one called network (N) drive the missing hard drive is ment to be where the red square is in the picture. i have an screen capture of the drives that are not accessible go to www.gamers.20m.com/images and look for a file named 0my computer.jpg. the image is to large to upload to the forum. if anyone can help me that would be great thanks.

Is that screen shot taken from Windows Vista(beta)?

If so, it could be your problems are caused by running beta software. In all honesty, using beta software does carry certain risks.
