Hi, a friend of mine has been having a problem with his computer. Whenever the power is connected the LED's, fanlights, and fan itself turn on for a second, and then off, and keeps repeating it over and over. You try pressing the power and nothing happens, you try pressing the switch on the power supply itself and nothing happens. The only way to make it stop is to unplug the cord.
Also, it doesn't seem to get grounded at all, because you can feel the electricity going through the screws on the case.
I'm guessing its power supply failure, but I've never seen anything like this.
