can be caused by a lot of things:
1. faulty drivers
2. bad ram 9check with memtest 86+ booted from a floppy.
3. bad or failing PSU (test with a tester and multimeter)
4. bad or failing CMOS battery (replace)
5. corrupted registry (unlikely) - check with ccleaner registry repair
6. overheating CPU
7. bad or failing motherboard -capacitors leaking?

im hopen this may help the rams been init since christmas and its just started going funny these few days it dont do it all the time just sometimes

also ive checked my ram with a memory checker and i got no faults with tht

This looks to be a Hard Drive problem. Check the Hard Drive's cable or try another one if possible, and run Chkdsk /r.
