Computer restarts by itself randomly

Hi,
I have bought new motherboard and processor last week and i have formatted my computer comletely and installed winxp pro with all its updates.
The computer restarts itself randomaly while i click or play anything for example:
I click on a web page in IE, crash.
I click on a video in youtube (or anything else im sure it doesn't matter) and the mili second i do it crashes.
I checked what I should do to see what the problem is and the first thing i did was going to system failure and uncheck automatic restart so ill get a blue window that shows the code of the problem.
but it didn't its just keeps restarting itself without anything to show me.
My computer speccs are:
PSU: hiper hpu-4m530-pu 530w
Graphic Card: Radeon HD4870
Motherboard: Intel BLKDP55WB Whitesburg
Processor: Intel Core i5-750 Box
Memory: G.Skill DDR3 2048GB 1333Mhz CL 9-9-9-24 NT
Hard disk: Two of Western Digital 250gb

I'm not sure if the problem is my specc but tell me if im wrong.

Of course. Everything is running on WinXP Pro SP3 with all the latest updates.

Safe mode

Hi there!

If it is still new then it could be some drivers conflict during start-up. You can try to boot in Safe Mode. That is by pressing F8 before Windows starts.

Once it is opened in safe-mode just type msconfig on the Run menu. Try unchecking everything under startup and (forgot the name of the other tab). The restart.
