Computer Restarts

  1. kcdrummaster Newcomer, in training

    My computer started going crazy and kept on restarting everytime i turned it on, i done a checkdisk and it seems fine but when i do a virus scan with mcafee or ad-aware, it restarts. what can i do. Before i done the checkdisk and before the computer would restart, an error would appear saying files in temp were corrupt. Please help

    If you can boot to Safe Mode , you can run Anti virus and Spyware search from there.Check for other Malware using the instructions at the O/S forum.
