Computer restarts

Hey all. The problem im having is that my cpu restarts and gives me a message when it restarts.

Windows xp service pack 2
AMD Athlon XP 2500
1.50 GB of RAM
Gforce ti 4600
Asus A7n8x deluxe
Sound Blaster 5.1

Zip up the actual minidump file in C:/windows/minidump so we can see if it pinpoints any one driver.
