Computer running slow with trojans

i followed the steps as best i could and have the 3 logs in attachments. any help would be much appreciated. my computer only started running slow yesterday, also i would be re-directed to unwanted websites occasionally and would have to close the window to get rid of them, they wouldnt allow me to go back. thanks
