Computer shuts off instantly

Hello I have a problem with my pc, yesterday I cleaned it with an air compressor (each component separately) and when reassembling it is turned off instantly. But when I unplug my video card the pc turns on. I wanted to know what I can do and I accept any advice. Thank you and forgive my English.

I forgot to mention that my motherboard needs the video card because it does not have an integrated

Investigate possibility of:
- something down in PCI-e slot
- loose connection
- unconnected additional power (6-pin) to video card

Download or refer to your motherboard manual - be sure each assembly step is taken in proper order.

Hi, the power supply is correctly connected to the video card and make the connection on the two PCI-E ports that have the motherboard

Borrow a known good video card and replace yours as a test.
