Computer started slowing down after being fine

My computer always runs fine and has for the past 3 years. All of a sudden, it started to get jumpy. Programs take longer to open, scrolling on the web is not smooth, and there are little freezes for a second or two that are very annoying. I have updated my mcafee viruscan, ran a scan and the same with adaware. I have attached my HJT file for people to take a look at. I would appreciate all the help I can get. Thanks!

Thank you very much for the detailed response, however I have a little problem with that. I use partypoker on a daily basis to play online poker. If that is the only thing that looks wrong, I don't think that solves my problem. I have followed your steps to remove bodog becuase I don't use that anymore, but I need partypoker. Please let me know if there is anytthing else... Thanks
