Computer turns on, but not the screen

Hi guys
My desktop computer started acting weird after the move
first it started freezing after around 30 sec of playing games.
Then it started freezing after about 30 sec after start
I removed all the viruses and malware, and it got better, but once I opened a game, the problem returned
and now even better, the computer will turn on, but not the screen
sorry, I'm a computer noob, is it a video card failure, or something?

P.s motherboard ASROCK FM2A85X EXTREME6 is showing the error code 99

If you can, open the case and remove the video card if it is removable and re-install it. If you can't do this have a friend help you do it

That sounds good to me because they are easily dislodged by a bump. Make sure you ground yourself first because static can cause major damage. If problems persist you may need to replace the graphics card. I've found they need replacing more often than other components in my desktops and I'm no gamer.

You guys were right, it got dislodged during the move!
I though it was dead honestly. I re-installed it and it works perfectly fine again.
