computer unable to boot properly

Hello there;
this is my first post and I have a big problem
My computer doesn't boot up normally I need to choose the Configuration that worked before...
Or safe mode to get in my computer...
But I am getting pop ups everytime

This is my Hijack This Log...

Thanks for the response....
I rebooted my computer and that was it.... It didnt work... I had to do a new install and now its working... Gotta get some anti virus in my computer before it goes down again! Thanks anyways!

It should have been on before you connect to Net.
