Computer Upgrade

You stated $100 budget but you are unlikely to get what you want out of this tower. I bought an AMD HD6450 graphics card for my desktop which is really small but I'd not expect to play recently released games with it. The smaller cards aren't going to deliver the result you are hoping for. You lack a decent PSU and the space in the case is a major issue. The computer was never designed with this in mind. That suggests a new case, a new PSU, a new graphics card and then you may need to change that motherboard to use more powerful processors. Added to that you are new to this sort of thing.

My motherboard is an (lga 775 socket t) I have seen the xeon 5460 is compatible with over watch playing do you guys think its an good idea check this video
can ddr3 ram work on my mother board?

Fifteen years ago I bought a state of the art Medion desktop with lots of demanding hardware crammed into a compact case. The model was a disaster because the enemy of all computers is heat. That's why gaming desktops are often pretty bulky. Air circulation is a major factor when planning graphics card upgrades with a small case. Apart from all this you need to check that your broadband connection is up to playing team games via the internet.

HardReset do you think the processor can work on my computer http://www.ebay.com/itm/Intel-Xeon-...302727?hash=item1a2c1dd6c7:g:KEEAAOSwjL5ZCJdP along with the graphics card you mentioned

120W TDP, your motherboard supports 65W max, so no.

Do you know any gaming motherboard that can fit in my emachine et1831-03 case https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883114078 I just want too keep the case I will buy new psu ,motherboard ,graphics card,RAM any cheap recommendation to play this game high graphics?

New case costs around $30 and gives much more video card choices so that crappy case is last part you want to keep.

If you are serious about advancing your "noob" status regarding computers this will be a great project but bear in mind that things can go wrong. Make sure you know all about taking anti static precautions or you may destroy your ram or motherboard. I'd go for the new case and power supply. If that works out buy a graphics card with some beef behind it. Make careful notes as you go along or even take photos. I labelled all the leads from the PSU to the motherboard and the sockets when upgrading from a dead PSU. The new PSU was nothing like an exact match and there were extra wires to confuse me. It went OK but it took a long time. Best of luck.
