Computer way slow

Hello out there I am newcomer to this site and I have a major problem. I was trying to get rid of Norton and install bitdefender, spysweeper, and zonealarm. Previously I ran window washer, scan disk and defrag. My problem now is that everything runs so slow and I can not remove norton. Does anyone have any suggestions. I just can not figure out what is going on.
