    I have an older Dell computer, and I recently did a system restore. But now my computer will not start up. I do not understand why and I have no idea how to fix it. It has Windows XP operating system on it, and after the logo comes on the screen goes black. It says I can either press F2 or F12, but there is nothing in there to help me. It also says that two of the driver are not present. I think one of them is the floppy disk driver, not sure. Any help that I can get would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

    Does the computer start in Safe Mode?

    To access Safe Mode:
    Restart your computer
    Press F8 key before Windows Starts loading
    Select your Operating System, then Safe Mode

    If you can get into Safe Mode:
    Go to Start->Run-> Devmgmt.msc
    Click the + sign on your Video adapter
    Right click on your expanded Video device
    Select uninstall
    Restart normally

    Then go here and update your Video drivers: http://www.techspot.com/vb/topic117607.html
