Computer won't recognize Wireless Network Card

I bought a MSI Wireless Network Card and placed it in a PCI slot of an integrated motherboard (audio, video and network) and it won't even power it on, I have tried the card in another computer and it works fine, apparently none of the PCI slots are working, are there any pci settings that I can change? (If I change some settings the computer won't even start.)
