Inactive ConhostV2.dll possible virus/malware

I get this popup randomly, and when I try to install some programs off of trusted sources.

"Conhost V2.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000020"

I have no clue what it means, but it prevents the installation from finishing and is quite annoying.

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
