ok i am installing a 2 nd hard drive in a dell computer (windows xphome w/sp2)-OS
i was wondering if i can put it in the dell and run files off of it. or does the computer have to format it when it detects it. the point is the hard drive has data i want in the dell but i think from past experience that when i put it in the dell will format it and delete every thing on it
