Connecting a TV to my PC

  1. Hello
I have an older TV that only has the RCA plugs in the back and I was wondering if I could hook it up to my PC as a monitor. I found a site that sells the VGA to RCA converter cable but I wanted to make sure this TV is compatible with my laptop which is a DELL Latitude E6400.

    Thanks, Gary

Looks like this one has the yellow plug for composite. You'll probably need to change the resolution to 640x480 for things to display properly on the TV.

Only use it for movies/games. Displaying text will be horrible.
