Connecting PC with HDTV

Hello,

I would like to connect my PC with my HDTV. Overall I know how, but here are my obstacles:
- I do not have HDMI output on my PC. (and I do not want to get a new card if possible)
- I use both of my video outputs on my video card.
- My PC and TV are not roommates.
- I would like to get HD (720p or better) video to my TV from PC.
- Sound as well (surround sound if possible, My PC is capable, but no optic fiber)

Slingcatcher is your only option, if it ever gets released.

You have too many obstacles. HDMI out isn't one, DVI will directly convert to HDMI so thats easy. DVI isn't an option since you aren't willing to give up a connection, physical distance is a problem, and surround sound without an optical/digital out is an issue. So, Slingcatcher is your only hope, unless you want to build another media center PC or have an old XBOX.
