connecting two buildings using cantenna and bridges

I need to connect two apartment buildings which are roughly two blocks away from one another. The buildings are in LoS of each other.

The plan:

Wireless router in Building A, with a -12dB cantenna connected to the router. Then at Site B another Cantenna connected to a wireless bridge.

The Question:

Site B is an eight unit apartment building. Theoretically will i need to connect one or two more bridges to link all eight units to the main feed. Not all bridges will have cantennas only the one to recieve the extended signal.

Any guidance would be very appreciated.

Mount your devices as high as possible to make the most of the RF.

You can get an eight-port switch to attach to the AccessPoint to serve all
users in that building (assuming your wireless will be limited to the A->B transfer). Otherwise, a wireless bridge will allow more than 4 connections,
even though it's a 4-(hardwired)port model.

Be sure to set your own SSID and encrypt the data. The B-users will then need
the encryption key, but also be protected from other unauthorized users.
