Constant Bluescreen Issues IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

You could to really rule out software corruption on the drive, but I'm almost sure that the drive is done
I see, so that's a very real possibility despite the hard drive check not coming up with anything? Well hopefully I can get this RMA'd and I'll have something new to work with. If not I guess I'll have to scrape up something to buy another.

Not sure if it matters, but new error AN ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO EXECUTE TO NON-EXECUTABLE MEMORY. Here's the .dmp. I'm sure this is getting old by now

Replace the drive...
Yeah I guess... They wouldn't cover the old one, guess I'm buying a new one. I just don't understand because all the tests I run on the hard drive indicate it to be working perfectly fine, including the SMART reports. I'll do it anyway though.

Replace the drive...
Bought a new Hard Drive, cloned over from the previous and swapped it out. Still bluescreening. Guess I have to reinstall windows after all, which means the hard drive was possibly completely unnecessary. I guess I should have checked first.

Yes, it's always wise to install Windows fresh in a situation like this...
New Hard Drive, fresh installed windows, redid all my drivers, bluescreened. Hard drive was not the problem, which means the only options left to be the culprit are very expensive... Any way I can narrow them down?
