I'm about to throw my computer out the window. I keep getting BSOD's.

I've run memtest86+ from a CD overnight, 21 passes no errors. I've reseated
everything, updated EVERYTHING (I mean EVERYTHING), and I've even reformatted,
but noo, I still get BSOD's.

At first I thought it was my soundcard, but when I brought it to the shop where I bought it,
they tested it and didn't get bsod's for 15 mins. Sometimes I get a bsod a few minutes
after I turn on the computer, other times I can play games for a whole day and not get a
single one. I've also seated the sound card on all the PCI slots.

I've also got another BSOD after installing Far Cry and getting to the Carrier level.

Error code 0000004e, parameter1 0000008f, parameter2 0000e6a3,
parameter3 0001e6a3, parameter4 00000000.

I've uninstalled Far Cry to see if that was the problem. Funny, it worked before without any problems.

I've rollbacked my video card drivers as well, no avail.

Sometimes I'll get a BSOD with repeating sounds from what I was just doing, accompanied by screeching noises
and no words on the blue screen. This leads me to believe that it IS indeed the soundcard, but I'm not sure.

Help!

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

All your minidumps are crashing at copperhd.sys. I can find no info on this file. Do you recognise it? If you do, uninstall it`s associated programme.

I see... that's the drivers for my razer copperhead, but I recall having this error before I even got it... I'll uninstall it and see what happens. Yes, I already did a disk check, no errors.

Thanks for the help.
