Inactive Corrupt file errors & computer reboots about every 15 minutes without warning

I could just cry.. I did an uninstall on the iolo system mechanic pro and the computer restarted to finish deleting it and now I am back to black screen with cursor instead of log in screen. I was using the library computer to communicate with u and they will be closed till Wednesday. I am going to ask around to see if I have a friend that will let me use theirs. Back at square one.

Regular mode just states I need to run startup repair. It will run and then just continue circle. Never allowing me to get to log in screen. I tried safe mode with networking and that worked so here I am.

It still won't boot into normal mood. I also haven't been able to get it in safe mode now either. It keeps looping from startup repair to trying to boot then back to startup repair. :(

You don't have any AV program running.
Install ONE of these:

- Avast! free antivirus: http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html

- free Microsoft Security Essentials: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/windows/products/security-essentials
Note for Windows 8 users: Microsoft Security Essentials comes preinstalled and renamed as Windows Defender.
You can keep it or you have to disable it before installing another AV program. How to...

- free Comodo Antivirus: http://www.comodo.com/home/internet-security/antivirus.php

Update, run full scan, report on any findings.
