Corsair ram help

does anyone know where i can find corsair ddr400 pc3200 184pin ram as my local pc world doesnt stock it, all they stock is value select or something. i would appreci ate any help....also would i better fitting 4x 512mb corsair, or 2x 1gb....thank you in advance
