Counter Strike Conditon Zero Troubles

I have counter-strike condition zero fully downloaded and everything. I go to play games on my steam and click condition zero. I start to load a server... it stops half way through and a message comes up saying "Mod_LoadBrushModel:models/player/gign/gign.mdl has wrong version number (0 should be 30)." I have taken many hourse out of my life trying to fix this problem. I was wondering if any of you could help me out.

Well, the first advice I can give you is to not bother to mail Steam Support, because they are so busy sleeping in their piles of money that pretty much every support e-mail goes unread...

The only good advice I can give you is that you could try to re-install CZ. Works for me most of the time...
