my ping in counter strike source is to high and it is restricting my gameplay i dont know how to view it and how do i lower it plz?

You can enter net_graph 3 in the console to view your ping, loss and choke.

What is the specs of your computer?

What speed is your internet? ( If you don't know this, go to www.speedtest.net and post the results )

Have you tried any .cfg files to fix your lag?

In the attachment I added there is a .cfg file I made, please read the HowToInstall.txt file included so you can install it.
