CPU Fan Error on System Start-Up

Hello,

After installing the All-In-Wonder X800 XT, I would receive a CPU Fan Error. This specific problem has never occured. I searched the 'Installation and Setup User's Guide' once more to find a solution. However, one could not be found. I followed the 'User's Guide' carefully noticing how to properly install the new hardware into the video card slot. I pressed 'F1' to continue boot up to by pass the 'CPU Fan Error' and installed the software and updated my drivers from the ATI download page.

Yes, this has to do with my BIOS. I've updated my BIOS to the latest version yet I still get the error. I've gone into the 'Hardware Monitor'. My CPU Fan speed was: N/A. Is this normal?

With the X800 XT you have to plug the power connector from the card to the power supply to the hard drive. Why? Please help me. I don't know what to do to correct it.
