I am building a PC an Intel D865GBF Board, with a P4 2.6 CPU. The case I'm using is an X-Dreamer II, upon receiving the items everything worked fine PS Fans etc. Since then I opened the PS to cover all the wires with the Vantec cable kit. Everything powers up fine except the CPU fan. I tried 2 different fans, 1 fan lights up but does not spin. The other fan is completely dead. Anyone have any ideas please.

Some BIOS's have fan speed controls. Something might be set wrong there or the board is bad.

Make sure that the cable connecting from PSU fan to power or whatever.
