I installed a new motherboard because the old one broke..and since then, the CPU Usage on my computer keeps going to 100%. It happens everytime I open a program and usually whatever program is running will have 100% CPU usage. Even just right clicking on things makes the CPU usage go all the way up. I'm wondering what causes this and how I can fix it.. It makes the computer run very slow. I had Nortons AntiVirus installed but I deleted it because I thought that was the problem.. but apparently not.
I also installed a new fan in the computer, because the old one wouldn't shut off. But the new one won't shut off either. Is it something with the motherboard that I can change for the sensor to work right? Thanks
