There are so many things it could be we need way more details

Has it been like this since you got it? What were you doing when it quit working?
Have you ever taken a look inside the case?

When you say no power/ no lights at front panel do you mean the computer doesn't turn on or just the front panel isn't powering up?

My first thought is that the power supply has broken but with this little information it's hard to tell.
