Crash and reboot after Windows login, plz help!

I have no idea what is causing this - Every time I log onto my account in windows xp (or anyone's account), after a few seconds (seems to be random, eg 5seconds - 2 minutes), windows crashes and the monitor goes blank. After a short while it will reboot by itself.

In safe mode everything works fine, but I would really really appreciate it if any of you know what is going on and how to fix it.
