Create folder with right click not working Vista

  1. To create a folder on the desktop or in any folder the option on the right click does not work (There is no option there) also when i try to uninstalled programs in the control panel it say the the file may be already uninstalled
    any ideas how this can be fixed, it also says " there is now enough storage to complete this operation"
    Theirs around 50G free on the hard drive
    any ideas without having to reinstall vista

    You can try a Vista repair install (vs. a full reinstall) see here

    Still doesn't work , can not install anything windows related , Keeps on saying not enough space,
    i Installed Photoshop 5 trial version and since then the problems started.
    Tried to remove photoshop 5 but have no success,tried to delete/rename photoshop folder still no good

    Any other ideas

    Run this patch, and it should be working.
    Its a vista folder patch, promise this works, I know I am not trusted, so do a virus scan before using it. 'Will come up with no viruses

    Try using System Restore back to a point before you did this.

    Tried the system restore , but failed to resolve it
